Two night minimum required.

May – Oct:        $60/night or $400/week

Nov – April:       $80/night or $500/week

Holidays:          $15/night surcharge for week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter.

Pricing is in  US dollars.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and can be paid through PayPal. The remaining balance may be paid in advance or upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• We will refund 90% of your deposit if you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date

• We will refund 50% of your deposit if you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date

• We reserve the right not to refund your deposit should you cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival date
